为了揭示布敦岩沥青(BRA)改善基质沥青性能的内在机理,采用X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析、红外光谱分析以及热分析等方法研究了克拉玛依70#沥青和BRA改性沥青的化学组成与结构。结果表明:BRA中含有较多的碳酸钙,显著提高了沥青与集料的粘附性能和抗剥离能力;在BRA改性沥青中,沥青和BRA颗粒相互包容、渗透,形成了彼此交错的两相连续结构;将BRA加入到基质沥青中只是一个简单的物理混溶过程;BRA改性沥青中聚集态转变数量减少。温度稳定性能得到提高。
In order to research the internal mechanism of Buton Rock Asphalt (BRA) improved base asphalt performance, the microscopic approaches such as X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy analysis, infrared spectral analysis, and thermal analysis were adopted to study the chemical compositions and structures of Karamay asphalt No. 70 and BRA modified asphalt. The results indicate that ( 1 ) BRA contained more calcium carbonate, which markedly enhanced adhesion and anti-stripping property of asphalt and aggregate; (2) asphalt and BRA granules mutually mixed and permeated to form an interlaced two-phase consecutive structure in BRA modified asphalt; (3) it was only a simple physical miscibility process to add BRA into base asphalt; (4) the changing quantity of aggregative state in BRA modified asphalt reduced, which contributed to the improvement of temperature stability.
