集料形状、棱角与纹理等形态特征对沥青混合料路用性能有着重要影响。简要介绍了国际上相关的测试手段与方法。同时,基于数字图像处理技术,自行研制了粗集料形态特征研究系统(MASCA),对粗集料的形态特征进行探索研究。利用MASCA系统对4.75mm的玄武岩颗粒轴向系数的变异性进行研究。研究表明:该档集料颗粒的轴向系数较小,针状性较弱,具有较好的形状特征。
The morphology characteristics of aggregate, such as shape, angularity and texture, has great influence on the performance of hot asphalt mixtures. Some evaluation methods and testing equipments on aggregate morphology are introduced. Meanwhile, morphology analysis system of coarse aggregate (MASCA) is developed to evaluate the aspect ratio for 4. 75mm basalt particles. The research results show that, studied particles have minor aspect ratio, thus with minor elongated ratio, and have good shape characteristics.
