Selecting the related statistical data of Henan Province in1990-2008 and making fitted analysis,This paper estimates the regional economy-logistics flexibility of Henan Province and predicts its trend.The results show that the regional economy-logistics flexibility of Henan Province is falling and near 1,the regional economic growth faster than that of logistics;From the angles of marginal effect factor and the logistics efficiency factor,analyses the trend of the regional economy-logistics flexibility of Henan Province and puts forward some suggestions on the development of the logistics industry in Henan Province.
