为了揭示先进制造模式的扩散规律,为企业决策及政府调控提供理论依据,从先进制造模式扩散的阶段性视角对其扩散行为进行研究。首先讨论先进制造模式扩散过程中的影响因素,分析扩散的特点和扩散机制,然后对企业的应用能力进行区分,并且考虑外部影响,建立先进制造模式的多阶段扩散模型;随后对该模型的稳定性及灵敏度进行分析;最后以计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)的扩散为例,建立多阶段扩散模型,并应用Vensim软件对模型进行仿真及分析,验证模型的正确性,同时给出模型的应用策略。
In order to reveal the diffusion rule of advanced manufacturing mode and provide the basis for enterprise decision mak-ing and government regulation, the diffusion behavior of advanced manufacturing mode are studied from the stage perspective. First, the influence factors in advanced manufacturing mode diffusion are discussed, and the diffusion characteristics and diffusion mechanism of advanced manufacturing mode are analyzed. Second, the multi-stage diffusion model of advanced manufacturing mode is established, in which the enterprise ability is firstly divided and the illfluenee of government is fully considered. Then the stability and sensitivity of this diffusion model is analyzed. Finally, computer integrated manufacturing system is taken as an exam-ple to build the multi-stage diffusion model. The model is simulated and analyzed with Vensim, thus the correctness of the model is verified, meanwhile the aoolication of the model is given.
