与传统的企业信息系统适应性评价不同,首先,从软件和业务流程两方面,建立了企业信息系统适应性评价指标体系,并基于对象知识网对各指标进行了量化;其次,改进了Topsis法,克服了传统Topsis法权重确定的主观性,并建立了评价模型;最后以三个企业信息系统的适应性评价为例,详细说明了改进的Topsis法在企业信息系统适应性评价中的应用。
英文摘要：
Different from the traditional evaluation of enterprise information systems（EIS） adaptability, firstly, the evaluation index system of adaptability for EIS is established and quantified based on Object-based Knowledge Mesh （OKM）. Secondly, the Topsis method is improved. The improved method can overcome the subjectivity of the traditional Topsis method, and the evaluation model is established. Finally, the adaptability evaluation of three EIS is taken as an example to elaborate the application of the improved Topsis in EIS adaptability evaluation.
