目的了解医学院校大学生的HIV/AIDS相关服务与支持利用行为,并探讨其与依恋模式之间的关系.方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取1 227名在校大学生进行自填式问卷调查.结果调查对象对医生的评价和依从性与安全型和沉溺型依恋模式得分呈正相关,与漠视型呈负相关;相关行为的部分影响因素也与依恋模式相关.结论依恋模式对HIV/AIDS相关服务与支持利用有重要影响,为今后的干预工作提供了有益的线索.
Objectives To study HIV/AIDS- related services utilization and support acquisition among college students,and to explore their relationships with attachment styles. Methods With stratified - cluster random sampling, 1227 students were surveyed using a self- administered questionnaire. Results Significant relationships were found between: college students' opinion on physicians and adherence level and secure attachment, preoccupied attachment and dismissing attachment. In addition, linkages were also found between some influence factors of the behaviors and different attachment styles. Conclusion Attachment styles are closely linked to HIV/AIDS - related services utilization and support seeking. These findings provide new clues for HIV/AIDS intervention and merits further exploration.
