基于高阶理论和资源基础理论,研究了面向高管的战略人力资源管理系统对公司创业的影响,及高管团队效能感和人力资源管理强度在以上关系中所起的中介和调节作用。研究采用问卷调查法,收集了国内118家中小企业的相关数据。实证结果表明:面向高管的战略人力资源管理系统对公司创业具有显著的正向影响,高管团队效能感在这一影响过程中起着部分中介作用,人力资源管理强度则在其中起着正向调节作用。
This paper examines the effect of executive-SHRM system on corporate entrepreneurship. It also explores the intervening effect of top management team (TMT) efficacy and the moderating effect of strength of the human resource management (HRM) on the relationship between executive- SHRM system and corporate entrepreneurship. The data is collected through surveying the top managers of 118 Chinese small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). The results show that there is a significantly positive effect of executive-SHRM system on corporate entrepreneurship. Furthermore, TMT efficacy partially mediates the executive-SHRM system--corporate entrepreneurship linkage, whereas the strength of HRM positively moderates this linkage.
