目前团队伦理气氛作为影响团队伦理决策和伦理行为的重要因素得到了企业界和理论界的重视。但近20年来关于伦理气氛的研究大多集中在组织层次,缺少对团队伦理气氛的研究,鲜有学者对"同一组织中的子团队可能有不同的伦理气氛"这一问题进行阐述。研究团队中不同的伦理气氛与伦理行为的关系可以使企业管理者和学术研究者更深入地认识和管理伦理气氛。通过对138个团队的实证研究得出,中国企业团队伦理气氛可以分为关怀型、利益型、独立判断型和规则型四种类型。根据研究结论,对中国企业团队伦理气氛的培育和塑造提出建议,以促进中国企业团队伦理气氛的构建和发展。
As a special kind of organization,team is widely used in Chinese enterprises.More and more manager pays attention to team ethical climate.Over the past twenty years,the study of ethical climate mostly focused on the level of organization instead of the level of team.Few scholars research the problem that team may have different ethical climate in the same organization.An understanding of the relationship between the different dimensions of ethical climate and behavior within workgroups should enable managers and researchers to better understand how to diagnose and manage both ethical climate and ethical behavior.Using questionnaire method,this paper chose138 teams as the study object to investigate the type of ethical climate and the differences between different demographic variables in the team level.Result showed that the team ethical climate in China can be divided into four types:caring,interests,independent judgment,laws and regulations.This paper gave some recommendations on cultivating the climate of team ethics which could provide strong reference for the development of team in Chinese enterprises.
