运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,研究了齐齐哈尔大学学生参与课外体育活动的现状.结果表明,齐齐哈尔大学学生参加体育锻炼的动机是积极的,但课外体育活动的参与度偏低.空闲时间偏少,体育场地设施不足,学校组织体育活动较少以及对体育锻炼的喜欢程度是影响其参与课外体育锻炼的四大因素.因此,建议学校加大体育场地设施的资金投入,加强课外体育活动的组织力度,让课外体育锻炼与课堂教学相结合,实现课内外锻炼一体化.

英文摘要：

Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,studies the current situation of students participating in extracurricular sports activities in Qiqihar University,the motivation of students in Qiqihar University to take part in physical exercise is positive,but the participation of extracurricular sports activities is low.The leisure time is less and the sports facilities are insufficient,it is suggested that schools should invest more money in sports venues and facilities because of the fact that less sports activities and the degree of liking for physical exercise are the four major factors that affect their participation in extracurricular physical training,strengthen the organization of extra-curricular sports activities,so that extracurricular physical exercise and classroom teaching should be combined to realize the integration of internal and external training.
