为了实现对风力发电、电解制氢、压缩储氢及燃料电池系统所组成微网的协调运行控制,设计了一种基于KingView的微网监控系统,介绍了该系统的软硬件构成,并叙述了开发技术路线及具体开发流程。通过该微网监控系统的开发和应用,不但实现了微网系统在风电制储氢运行模式、燃料电池发电运行模式以及微网全系统运行3种模式的稳定运行及平滑切换,保证了微网系统的安全稳定运行,而且有助于电气工程类专业学生在分布式能源发电和微网前沿技术领域开展探索性实验,同时为教学科研人员在微电网和智能电网领域开展教学改革和科学研究提供了有力的实验支撑条件。
A KingView based wind-hydrogen-fuel cell microgrid monitoring system is designed to implement the coordinated control of the wind turbine generation system,electrolytic hydrogen production system,compressed hydrogen storage system and fuel cell generation system. The hardware and software components of the system are introduced,and the technical route and the development process are described in detail. The development and application of microgrid monitoring system will not only implement three different operating modes including the wind power hydrogen production and storage operation mode,the fuel cell power generation operating mode as well as microgrid system-wide operation mode,ensuring a safe and stable operation of the microgrid system,but also help to provide a platform for the students of electrical engineering to carry out exploratory experiments in the cutting-edge technology in distributed generations and microgrid,and provide a strong experimental support conditions for teaching and research staffs to promote teaching reform and scientific research in the field of smart grid and microgrid.
