英文摘要：

Based on a case study on administration supervision innovation practice of a municipal government, it is showed that the inno- vative information feedback mechanism, enhancement of information feedback speed, as well as governance structure caused by informa- tion technology application would improve government implementation and public service performance. It is proved to be a rational choice responding to managerial reform quests to use information technology in administration supervision though the information technology use alone doesn＇t lead to organizational performance improvement directly. In addition, it is also found that government performance would be improved by information technology application once the practitioners realize the complexity of government innovation.
