英文摘要：

The standards and rules are not clear in the process of identifying the college students with financial difficulties. We can expound from the following two aspects： firstly,the fuzziness of defining the three kinds of difficulty degree; Secondly,the lack of the uniform standards for explaining and quantifying the family economic poverty in different regions. The concepts of ＂absolute poverty＂,＂relative poverty ＂and ＂general poverty ＂are introduced based on the students ＇ family economic conditions in different areas in this paper. The data analysis method and its application on how to identify the college students with financial difficulties are proposed. An example is also illustrated to show that the effectiveness of the proposed method is guaranteed.
