在高校家庭经济困难学生的认定过程中,认定标准与工作细则不明确,具体表现在对于三类困难程度界定上的模糊性,以及对于不同区域家庭经济贫困的解释和量化缺乏统一的标准;引入针对不同区域高校学生家庭经济状况"绝对贫困"、"相对贫困"和"一般贫困"的概念,提出高校家庭经济困难学生认定过程中的数据分析方法,并结合具体的实例说明了该方法的有效性。
The standards and rules are not clear in the process of identifying the college students with financial difficulties. We can expound from the following two aspects: firstly,the fuzziness of defining the three kinds of difficulty degree; Secondly,the lack of the uniform standards for explaining and quantifying the family economic poverty in different regions. The concepts of "absolute poverty","relative poverty "and "general poverty "are introduced based on the students ' family economic conditions in different areas in this paper. The data analysis method and its application on how to identify the college students with financial difficulties are proposed. An example is also illustrated to show that the effectiveness of the proposed method is guaranteed.
