With the comparison of the similarities and differences of the PISA test and Jiangsu provincial secondary vocational students＇ academic proficiency test from the measured objects, test purposes, test range, test forms and performance implementation, this paper puts forward that the academic proficiency test could draw reference from the PISA test from the aspects of expert guidance, data analysis, test design and test implementation, in order to play the guiding and diagnosing role to improve the teaching management level and teaching quality in vocational schools.
