点火器是航空发动机的重要组成部分。在航空点火器维修过程中,由于火花频率失常,出现点火故障,常给航空发动机正常工作造成很大的安全隐患。为保证航空点火器的安全可靠工作,必须对航空点火器的点火频率进行故障检测。为正确检测火花频率,针对航空点火器火花频率失常的故障机理进行检测,研究了影响火花频率失常的因素,对点火电路进行数学建模并进行电路仿真。通过建立数学模型和电路仿真,验证了故障元件参数变化对火花频率造成的影响,为后续的航空点火器故障诊断和设计研发奠定基础。
Igniter is an important part of aircraft engine. In the process of aircraft engine maintenance,spark frequency disorder is a kind of common fault to the aviation ignition device,which is a great hidden danger to the safety of the aircraft engine. To guarantee the safety and reliability of aviation igniter,it is necessary for fault detection of ignition frequency. For the correct detection of spark frequency,this paper focuses on the fault mechanism of the aviation ignition spark frequency disorder. Main factors resulting in spark frequency disorder are studied,and the mathematical model of the ignition circuit and circuit simulation are presented,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research on the design of aviation ignition and the fault diagnosis.
