Using Nevanlinna theory of the value distribution of meromorphic functions and w′=(w-a)′,the problem of meromorphic solutions of the value distribution of a type of algebraic differential equation was investigated,and a precise result was obtained.The theorem of Malmquist is generalized.Example shows that the result is precise.
