Take Oil Recovery Plant as the research objective,dangerous and harmful factors were identificated and analysized in the aspects of material,human,equipment,management and environmental factors. In accordance with the present situation of production safety in production,the safety management problems were summarized.In order to better solve the security problems of the Oil Recovery Plant,we induced a safety management mode,and dissuced the main building points of the intrinsically safety management mode from the point of personnel,equipment,management and environment,the result can be reference significant for safety production management in the same industy.
