从情报认知论的角度出发,研究对读者满意度理论的认知。研究表明,读者满意度是主体的一种主观认知活动,是读者个体的认知与图书馆集体认知的动态交互过程,读者满意度的评价受主体认知的影响。借鉴情报认知交流的基本模型,初步构建读者的基本认知模型。
The paper makes a research on reader satisfaction in the perspective of cognitive theory of intelligence. It comes out that, first, reader satisfaction is a cognitive activity; secondly, it is a dynamic interaction between individual reader and the library; thirdly, reader satisfaction is affected by reader cognition. Finally, it sets up a model of basic reader cognition, emerging from the communication system of information cognition.
