This paper summarizes the elements and internal relationship of library knowledge capital. On this basis, the author establishes the system dynamics of library knowledge capital and simulates it based on the features of library transformation. The simulation results show that the model can validly reflect the transfer mechanism and influential process of human capital, structural capital and customer capital, which provides the directive method introduction for improving efficiency of knowledge capital in library transformation.
