组织文化作为共享群体概念,具有良好文化一致性是其基本属性。本文提出了确定组织文化一致性单元的一个统计方法,首先通过Pseudo-F指标确定组织文化分析单元的初始存在状态,然后对初始状态实施一致性检验和聚类迭代,最终得到组织文化一致性单元。实例应用表明该方法是可行和有效的;并进一步讨论了组织文化一致性程度分析的理论意义和管理启示。
As a shared collective construct,organizational culture should have a good consensus attribute. This Paper proposes a statistical method to determine organizational culture's consensus units:first,to determine the initial status of an organizational culture's units through Pseudo-F indicator; then,to test within-group consensus and perform cluster iterations; finally,to determine the consensus unit of organizational culture. An application shows that the method is feasible and valid. In addition,the study's theoretical contribution and managerial implication is discussed.
