激发员工的创新行为、让员工参与到服务创新过程中是研究人员和服务企业共同面临的重要课题.而自我领导有利于员工创造力的发挥,因此本文对375名服务企业员工进行问卷调查,研究了自我领导、自我效能对员工创新行为的影响,并进一步探讨了自我效能在自我领导和员工创新行为间的中介作用.结构方程分析结果表明,自我领导能够显著地正向影响员工创新行为的两个维度——创新构想的产生和创新构想的执行,自我效能对员工创新行为具有显著的正向影响,自我领导以自我效能为中介间接影响员工创新行为,而且这种中介作用是通过自我效能完全中介于自我领导与创新构想的产生来实现的.
Stimulation of employee's innovation behavior and involvement of employee in service innovation process are important tasks in front of both researchers and service enterprises. Self-leadership is benefit to employee's creativity. With the data optained from a sample of 375 employees through questionnaire survey and the method of the structural e- quations modeling ( SEM), it studies the impact of self-leadership and self-efficacy on employee's innovation behavior and the mediating effect of self-efficacy between self-leadership and employee's innovation behavior. The results show that self-leadership has a positive effect on employee's innovation behavior's two dimensions creation of innovation i- deas and execution of innovation ideas. Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee's innovation behavior. Self-effica- cy plays a mediating role between self-leadership and employee's innovation behavior. And this mediating effect is com- pletely realized through self-leadership and creation of innovation ideas.
