目的 探讨稳定控制血糖联合康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)患者的临床效果以及安全性。方法 随机选取2016年3月至2017年3月我院收治的增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者85例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(43例),对照组患者仅稳定控制血糖治疗,观察组患者在稳定控制血糖的情况下联合康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后1个月和3个月,检测比较两组患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、视网膜厚度、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、不良反应发生情况以及生活质量评分(QLS)。结果 治疗后,两组患者BCVA显著增高、视网膜厚度及VEGF显著降低(P〈0.05);观察组患者BCVA显著高于对照组、视网膜厚度及VEGF显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率(4.76%)显著低于对照组(37.21%),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。治疗后观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 稳定控制血糖联合康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者临床效果好,安全性高,可明显改善患者视力,提升患者生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of stable blood glucose levels control combined with conbercept intravitreal injection in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). Methods A total of 85 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group (43 cases ) and observation group (42 cases) according to the random number method, the control group was given stable blood glucose levels control therapy, while the observation group was given eonbercept intravitreal injection on the basis of the control group. BCVA, retinal thickness, VEGF, adverse reaction rate and quality of life score were compared between two groups after one month, three months of treatment and before treatment. Results After treatment, BCVA in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment, while the retinal thickness, VEGF were significantly decreased, and the increased (decreased)in the observation group was more significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group (4.76%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (37.21% , P 〈0.05). The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Stable blood glucose levels control combined with conbercept intravitreal injection achieves favorable effects on patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and has advantages of high safety, which can improve the visual acuity and quality of life, is worth popularizing and applying.
