In order to promote the development of biological science and the cultivation of qualified personnel,the experimental course of plant physiology needs to be reformed constantly.Common problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching was analyzed firstly,and then the feasible suggestions were put forward,in order to improve the experimental teaching of plant physiology of biological science.Teaching contents and teaching methods and means should be improved actively to adapt to the development of times,and the laboratory experiment should be opened and some games were designed to guide the students to actively participate in the classroom,improve students′practical ability,so as to improve the plant physiology experiment teaching effect to further promote the teaching reform,plant physiology courses of biological science in college and university,and training high level talents to adapt to the social demand.
