In order to put into effect Suggestion about Further and Improving Ideological and Political Education issued by Central Committee of CPC and the State Council, the coUeges and universities should strengthen platform construction and change the working method for increasing the effectiveness of ideological and political ed- ucation. We can start from the following three aspects. Firstly ,we should strengthen platform construction of Marxism Theory Discipline in order to improve the scientificness and effectiveness of ideological and political education. Sec- ondly, we should strengthen construction of website interactive platform in order to improve the pertinence and time- liness. Thirdly, we should establish cooperation mechanism for ideological and political education in colleges and u- niversities in order to strengthen the guarantee platform for ideological and political education of college students.
