英文摘要：

The author conducted field survey and investigated Diantou ancient county in Taiyuan city,Shanxi province,and discovered that this historical county has a 1 km-long ancient stone cave-houses community along river.In Diantou county,the first floor of most residence buildings are stone cave-houses,and the second and third floors are brick cave-houses.Each floor is connected by inner path and open path.There are at most four floors connected by paths.Some of the cave-houses have tunnel leading to the back of the mountain.All these seemingly independent but mysterious ave-houses community deserve further study.
