The research on public business governance of local govemment＇s based on performance evaluation is the new and significant study program, which can supply the theoretical support and foundation for making reform strategy of public business, supply feasible and convenient methods and implements for evaluating the performance of public business administration, and finally improve the governance performance of public business. It＇s the urgent and principle question for this study program to discuss its objects, contents, key problems, research methods, studying train of thought and research characteristics from the macro aspect.
