借助有限元法对金刚石涂层模具铜管短芯头的拉拔过程进行数值模拟,得到了拉拔过程中铜管及模具的轴向和径向应力分布情况,并分析了固定短芯头拉拔铜管的缩径缺陷、金刚石涂层及摩擦系数对拉拔后铜管尺寸精度的影响.结果表明:经模拟得到一定拉拔条件下的最佳模具配合参数;与硬质合金模具相比,模具配合参数优化后不仅可以大幅提高金刚石涂层模具的使用寿命,而且可保证铜管的尺寸精度及表面粗糙度.
The nonlinear finite element method was employed to simulate the whole drawing process of diamond-coated drawing dies for copper tubes with fixed plug. The distributions of axial stress and radial stress of tubes and dies were obtained. The mechanism of the drawn copper tube diameter shrinking and the influence of diamond coatings and friction coefficients upon the dimensional accuracy of tubes were analyzed. and fi dies ing Key Based on the simulation results, the optimal matching parameters of diamond-coated drawing dies xed plugs were obtained under certain drawing conditions. Compared with cemented carbide drawing the diamond-coated drawing dies after optimizing can not only prolong the working lifetime of drawdies wor greatly ,but also improve the diameter precision and surface roughness of drawn tubes.
