利用短时研磨(粗磨,2h)和长时研磨(细磨,48h)两种不同的研磨工艺并结合B位复合陶瓷制备的一步法工艺流程,制备并研究了铅基钙钛矿弛豫铁电陶瓷(1-x)Pb(Ta0.5Sc0.5)O3-xPb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(0.1≤x≤0.5)(PSTZT)。由细磨工艺制备的陶瓷在1200℃下烧结2h获得了纯钙钛矿相;细磨工艺PSTZT陶瓷表面平整、晶粒细小、致密性高,其介电与压电性能、热释电性能等全面优于粗磨工艺陶瓷。
The milling of ceramic materials is important in ceramics preparation and affects greatly the properties of prepared ceramics. Short time milling (2 h) and long time milling (48 h) are used in one-step-sintering method (OSSM) of preparation for complex ceramics at B site to prepare and investigate Pb-base Perovskite relaxor ferroelectric ceramics (1-x)Pb(Ta0.5Sc0.5)O3-xPb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(0.1≤x≤0.5) (PSTZT). The PSTZT obtained by long time milling procedure is sintered at 1 200 ℃ for 2 hours, which presents good surfacing and compactability, with fine grain and pure perovskite crystalline. The PSTZT is better in dielectric, piezoelectricity and pyroelectricity than those of ceramics from short time milling procedure.
