基于不可压缩流体控制方程和RNGk-ε湍流模型,建立了两种结构相近的摩擦离合器油路的三维流体模型,借助ANSYS/FLOTRANCFD软件,应用有限元法进行了流场分析,研究了润滑油路结构对摩擦片间隙处油压分布的影响。结果表明油路结构对摩擦片间隙处油压和速度影响明显。油路结构二为结构一最右端的4个喷油孔与摩擦片座内腔贯穿后的结构,经过比较,结构二的流速波动较小,油压分布更均匀。
Based on governing equations of incompressible fluid and the RNG k--ε turbulence hydrodynamic model, 3--D fluid models of oil flow channel of two similar structures were established. Using finite element method, the flow field was analyzed by the software of ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD, and then the influence of different structure of oil flow channel on oil pressure between the friction pieces was discussed. The results show that the oil flow channel structure has a significant effect on the distribution of oil pressure and velocity. The second structure of oil flow channel based on the fisrt structure runs through four oil holes of right end. Compare two structures, and the oil pressure of the second structure is more uniform than the first as well as the value of velocity fluctuation is improved.
