由于集装箱卡车到达率和进出系统服务率具有模糊性,因此铁路集装箱中心站进出系统是一个模糊排队系统。为了对该模糊排队系统的性能进行分析,应用理截集的定义和Zadeh扩展原理将其转换为传统的M/M/1排队模型。集装箱卡车到达率和进出系统服务率均采用梯形模糊数表示,用参数规划方法确定系统性能参数的上限和下限,最后通过对不同水平的α计算得到该排队系统模糊性能参数的隶属度函数,从而为进出系统性能的分析和优化提供理论上的支持。
The in-out system of railway container terminal becomes a fuzzy queue system, when the container trucks arrive and the system serves fuzzily. In order to analyze the performance of this fuzzy queue system, this paper transformed the fuzzy queue model into a traditional one via α-cut and extension principle. It used the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to represent two fuzzy ei- genvalues. It calculated the interval ranges of the system performance parameter with the parametric programming method. Then with a numerical computation of different ct levels, it constructed the membership function of fuzzy performance parameter of this queue system. This method can provide more information for analysis and optimization on in-out system of railway container terminal.
