针对超静定双斜拉杆式门架结构,基于结构力学中的单位载荷法和图乘法与材料力学中的胡克定律,推导出门架主梁跨中受载时沿载荷方向的三个刚度通式,进而结合变形协调条件得到斜拉杆内力计算的表达式.通过与有限元软件ANSYS分析门架刚度所得的结果对比,验证了理论方法的适用性和有效性,进而得出斜拉杆理论最佳作用位置.最后利用Matlab软件,总结出斜拉杆作用位置的变化对主梁刚度的影响规律,为今后包括起重机在内的相关工程机械行业提供理论依据和参考方法.
It aims at the indeterminate gantry structure with diagonal draw bars on both sides,and it is based on diagrammatic multiplication method and unit load method in structural mechanics and Hook's law in material mechanics.The author deduces three general formulas on condition that mid-span of girder in gantry on the direction of load.Additionally,the formula which is related to the forces of diagonal draw bar has been obtained by using deformation compatibility conditions.In comparison with result of stiffness of gantry which analyzed by ANSYS finite element method,the result obtained in this paper are applicable and authentic.At last,it uses Matlab simulation software to summarize the rule of the impact on stiffness of girder when diagonal draw bars have effect up on different positions,which provides theoretical basis and the reference method for gantry crane and related construction machinery in future.
