This temperature control is designed on MC9sl2 family chip,and the negative feedback loop was adopted for pump laser temperature controlling. The thermoelectric cooler (TEC)was driven by control signal, which was generated by MCU using proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controler algorithm. Diode pump laser temperature can reach the target value within 20 seconds, the working temperature stability was up to ±0.1 ℃.It meet the current requirements for generality pump source temperature indicators.
