随着大学科研团队的地位和作用的不断提升,对大学科研团队学术产出的评价体系的构建尤为重要。本文围绕社会服务产出是大学科研团队的外延性学术产出的认识,运用多元研究方法,构建了大学科研团队的内蕴性学术产出的评价体系。
With the continuous improvement of the status and role of the university scientific research team, it is particularly important to the construction of" evaluation system on the academic productivity of university scientific research team. Based on the knowledge that talents cultivation output is the extensional academic productivity, this paper constructs the evaluation system of extensional productivity of scientific research teams by using multiple research methods.
