建立符合中医基础理论的病证结合动物模型,对中医中药治疗糖尿病的研究具有重要意义。文章论述了糖尿病病证结合动物模型的造模方法,并从以方测证理念的应用、辨证理论的体现、动物模型证候结合临床评价3个方面进行了探讨。
英文摘要：
The establishment of animal models with the combination of disease and syndrome conforming to the basic theory of TCM had significance in the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of diabetes. This paper discussed the method how to establish diabetic animal models integrated disease with syndrome from three aspects of the theory including predicting syndrome by prescription, syndrome differentiation theory and clinical evaluation.
