采用固相法制备了(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti1-xZrx)O3(BCTZ)无铅压电陶瓷,研究Zr含量(x=0~0.15)对BCTZ陶瓷微观结构和电性能的影响。结果表明:所有样品均具有纯的钙钛矿结构;随Zr含量的增加,室温下样品逐渐由四方相向三方相转变,在0.05〈x〈0.1范围内两相共存;样品的压电常数d33、平面机电耦合系数kp、剩余极化强度Pr和相对介电常数εr均随Zr含量的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,而矫顽场Ec则逐渐降低。样品的综合性能在x=0.08处达到最佳值:d33=461 pC/N,kp=50.7%,Pr=14.1μC/cm2,Ec=4.1 kV/cm,εr=3696,表明该材料具有良好的应用前景。
(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti1-xZrx)O3(abbreviated as BCTZ) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared successfully using a solid state reaction method.The effects of Zr content(x=0-0.15) on the microstructure and electrical properties of the BCTZ ceramics were investigated.The results indicated that all the samples possess a pure perovskite phase structure.The phase structure of the sample changed from tetragonal phase to rhombohedral phase around room temperature with increased Zr content,and the rhombohedral phase and tetragonal phase coexist in the composition range of 0.05x0.1.Meanwhile,the piezoelectric constant d33,planar electromechanical coupling factor kp,remnant polarization Pr and dielectric constant εr first increased and then decreased,the coercive field Ec decreased with increasing the amount of Zr.The comprehensive properties of(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti1-xZrx)O3 exhibits optimum value at x=0.08:d33=461 pC/N,kp=50.7%,Pr=14.1 μC/cm2,Ec=4.1 kV/cm and εr=3696,which indicates that the ceramic has a good application prospect.
