摘要:通过常规固相法合成0.79ZnAl204-0.21TiO2(ZAT)复相陶瓷,研究了不同添加量ZnO—B205一Si02(ZBS)玻璃对ZAT陶瓷烧结特性和微波介电性能的影响。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究ZAT陶瓷的物相结构和微观形貌。添加ZBS玻璃可有效降低ZAT陶瓷的烧结温度;Ti02和ZnAl204发生反应生成微量的ZnTi05物相;当ZBS玻璃添加量为12wt%时,ZAT陶瓷烧结温度降低至950℃,并获得较好的微波介电性能:εr=11.2,Qf=18085GHz,r+=-26ppm/℃,可作为应用于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)的潜在材料。
The 0.79ZnA1204-0.21TiO2(ZAT)ceramics were synthesized by conventional solid state ceramic route. The effects of ZnO-B203-SiO2 (ZBS) glass on tile microwave dielectric properties of ZAT was investigated. The crystal structure and the microstructure of the ceramic-glass composites were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopic techniques. The results show that ZBS galss can effectively lower the sintering temperature of ZAT ceramics to 950 V, and lead to the appearance of the third phase , ZnTiO3. ZAT ceramics with 12 wt% ZBS galss ,which was sintered at 950℃ , has optimum dielectric properties: s r=ll.2, Qf=18085 GHz, r f= -26 ppm/℃ . It can be proofed that ZAT ceramics with appropriate amount of ZBS galss can be utilized as a potential materials for LTCC application.
