Sinai1 and medium enterprises, with help of the market economic, gradually play an important role in promoting social development and progress. However, the decision problems in the small and medium enterprises＇ strategic management is a key to impact on whether small and medium enterprises could keep a good state in development, so we must use the scientific decision tools and methods. But at present small and medium enterprises still need to improve the decision level. We must take the complicated internal and external environment factors into consideration, hold the way forward in their own hands, do some innovation and reformation for themselves, find a way suiting themselves to develop. Under this circumstance, it is necessary to use decision tools accurately from the strategic level to manage the decision process.
