针对传统研磨加工运动方式难以满足光学陶瓷Si C材料高精度表面质量的制造精度要求.设计研究新型数控圆平动式研磨加工控制系统.利用PC+运动控制卡函数接口方式对数控圆平动研磨加工的坐标轴进行运动控制,采用VC++6.0编写的控制程序对研磨盘进行位置、速度控制.设计研究研磨加工运动控制系统程序.最后利用本系统进行了相关圆平动研磨运动方式测试,验证了该研磨控制系统的可行性.
Traditional way of grinding motion has been difficult to meet the optical surface quality of SiC ceramic materials of high precision manufacturing accuracy requirement. Design research on new type CNC circularly translational grinding process servo-control system was studied. The PC + motion control card has been function interface for CNC translational circle grinding machining axis motion control,and VC+ + has been used write control program to control the position, speed , grinding disc , program design and research of grinding motion control system.Finally this system has been used for the related translation circle grinding exercise test, The servo-control system.has been verified the feasibility.
