组织细胞中的氢离子浓度是机体的一个重要体液参数,与组织细胞的功能密切相关。因此,准确测定组织细胞内外的pH值,对反映组织细胞的功能状态十分重要,对疾病的早期诊断和治疗意义重大。常用的几种可测定组织细胞pH值的方法包括MRI法、微电极法和荧光光谱法,就各种方法的原理及其优缺点进行分析,同时介绍其研究和应用进展情况,旨在为相关的实验研究提供一定的参考。
As an important parameter of body fluid,the hydrogen-ion concentration closely related to the function of tissue cells. Thus accurately measuring the pH, inside or outside cells, is very important for early diagnosis and treatment. The most commonly used methods which can measure the pH of tissue cells include magnetic resonance, microelectrodes, and fluorescence spectrometry. We summarized the principle, advantages and disadvantages for each method, and introduced the research and application progress, aiming to provide some references for related experimental study.
