A power distribution reliability management system established on the power distribution GIS platform,is presented in this paper in order to realize its visual management.And the power distribution network topology model is designed based on GUID.Besides,the power supply reliability management model based on target decomposition is studied and a scientific and reasonable algorithm for reliability target decomposition is provided.The algorithm of target decomposition is realized in the power distribution network model based on power distribution GIS platform and its reasonability is verified.
