介绍了福建省高校教师职称评审制度的改革现状和影响改革的制约因素,指出高校职称评审制度改革的出路主要在于:优化职称评审的定量化指标,逐步下放评审权并引入社会化评审功能,做好与高校职称评审有关的制度建设以及政策的协调衔接工作。
Current status of the reform of professional title assessment system for college and university teachers in Fujian Province is reviewed, and its restricting factors are analyzed. Accordingly it is proposed that the direction of the reform of professional title assessment system in colleges and universities is to optimize the quantitative indexes of professional titles assessment, and that independent appraisal of professional titles by colleges and universities or other social groups and organizations should be adopted gradually, meanwhile to build the system supporting the professional title assessment and to coordinate the policy concerned.
