Based on game theory, this paper discusses in a two-stage closed-loop supply chain (CISC) how the manufacturer and the retailer make their price decision including wholesale price, retail price, collection price and return transfer price when the retailer retails and collects useless products under decentralized decision. It's indicated that the system profit in the decentralized CLSC is less than that in the centralized CLSC. Therefore, a revenue-and-expense-sharing contract is presented to coordinate the CLSC.
