Objective：To analyze polypeptides from goat spleen by HPCE. Methods： Polypeptide was abstracted from goat spleen induced in advanced. The component and isoelectric point of all parts of the sample were determined by capillary isoelectric focusing （CIEF）. Results：The result of CIEF shows that the polypeptide consists of the component with same isoelectric point, which is about 4. 46. Conclusion： The component of the polypeptide from goat spleen has same isoelectric point.
