本文针对近年来主要发达国家在技术性贸易壁垒方面的新发展，作出比较性研究。在对技术性贸易壁垒的定义、特征和种类作出简单介绍的基础上，本文先对近年来世界各国的技术性贸易壁垒的发展趋势作出分析；然后按照对技术性贸易壁垒的分类着重比较了欧盟、美国、日本等发达国家和地区的特点和做法；最后结合一些典型案例分析了国外技术性贸易壁垒对我国产品出口的影响，并对江苏省遭受影响的特点作出了归纳。
英文摘要：
This paper makes comparative study on the new development of TBT of the major developed countries and regions. Firstly, the writer gives an introduction of the definition, characters, and classification of the TBT and the new development trend of the TBT. Then the writer, in the light of the classification of the TBT, emphasize to make analysis on the characters and operations of the TBT of the EU, USA, Japan and other developed countries. At last the writer concludes the impact to Chinese export, especially the export of Jiangsu province.
