The construction of tutorial system in social practice for college students is an important content of the long-term mechanism. To build up tutorial system inside and outside the universities, employ professional teachers and outside tutors to enrich the tutorial team, practically strengthen the guiding function of the tutors in the practical content, methods and processes, and regulate the evaluation and stimulus of the tutors can effectively promote the long-term popularity of the social practice for the university students.
