小儿肺炎是儿科呼吸系统的常见病之一,临床上以发热、咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难及肺部固定的湿啰音为主要表现。近年来小儿肺炎的发病率有明显增高趋势。中医外治法治疗小儿肺炎具有一定优势,操作简便、便于使用、依从性佳、无不良反应。常见的中医外治法有贴敷、拔罐、推拿、灌肠、经皮给药、TDP神灯等。文章对近年来小儿肺炎的中药外治法的基本原理、研究进展等做一简述。

Children pneumonia is one of the pediatric respiratory system diseases and its mainly clinical performances are fever,cough,shortness of breath,difficulty breathing and lung rale. In recent years the incidence of children pneumonia has obvious increase trend. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages,such as simple operation,easy to use,good adherence,non-toxic side effects. Common external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine are external application,cupping,massage,enema,transdermal drug delivery and TDP. This paper is a brief research on the basic principles and progress of Chinese medicine external treatment of children pneumonia in recent years.
