目的采用正交设计优选敷胸膏中有效成分的提取工艺。方法采用L9(3^4)正交实验,以大黄素、大黄酸和出膏率为考察指标,利用HPLC法测定大黄素、大黄酸的含量,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数及提取时间等因素的影响,优选敷胸膏的最佳提取条件。结果最佳提取工艺为:50%乙醇2倍量回流提取2次,每次提取1 h。结论优选提取工艺多种有效成分的提取率均较高,适用于生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Fuxiong ointment by orthogonal design. Methods The contents emodin rhein and extract rate in the extract were used as indexes, and detemined by HPLC. The concentration and volume of alcohol, extract time and times were considered. The orthogonal test was used for optimization. Results The optimum condition was 8 times the amount of 50%, 2 times of extraction, 1 hour each time. Conclusion The optimum process provides a high yield for the two components and is suitable for production.
