Based on the situation of the development of agricultural scientific research in Fujian,this paper systematically analyses the reasons of the low application level of agricultural scientific and technological achievements by transaction cost in Fujian.In this case,we can put forward the effective strategies in order to enhance the application level of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and accelerate the development of agriculture to promote agricultural industrialization and modernization of Fujian.
