A variety of methods to measure the junction temperature have been summarized in this paper, such as the indirect measurement method, the direct measurement method, the equivalent thermal impedance method and the nu- merical calculation method, etc. It also sums up the application occasions respectively, compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and points out the developing trends and research directions in the future.
