基于综合权值和广域测量的低频减载

低频减载一般采用分级延时逐次逼近的方法切除定量负荷,对负荷频率特性及其重要程度的综合考虑较少,常会造成过切、欠切等多方面的问题。因此提出用综合权值的方式统一考虑不同节点负荷频率特性差异、不同节点负荷重要性差异以及同一节点不同类负荷重要性差异,按综合权值由小到大确定负荷切除顺序。用基于广域测量的系统惯性中心频率的变化率来估计系统功率缺额,作为低频减载基本段的负荷切除量。将该方案用于IEEE39节点系统的一个三机区域在与主网解列后成为孤网的低频减载,仿真结果表明,该方案能够在尽可能少切负荷的情况下使系统频率尽快恢复,且能够减少重要负荷的供电损失,验证了该方案的有效性。

英文摘要:

The successive approximation method which removes fixed load step by step with delay is generally used in under -frequency load shedding, it often causes over-shedding, under-shedding and many other issues without considering the loads at frequency characteristics and the load importance comprehensively. Therefore, comprehensive weight is brought forward which considers the frequency characteristics and the importance of the load at different nodes and importance of different loads at the same node comprehensively and determines the order of the load shedding. The system power shortfall which is estimated by the change rate of inertial center frequency based on wide area measurement system is used as the amount of load shedding of basic section of under-frequency load shedding. This program is applied to the a three-generator area oflEEE39 nodes system, which is splitted from main grid and become an isolated system. Simulation results show that this program can minimize the total load removed, make the system frequency recovery and lower the power supply loss of important loads.
