目的:探讨GRIM-19在正常子宫颈组织及子宫颈癌组织中的表达及与HPV亚型的相关性。方法:分别采用HybriMax导流杂交技术检测54例子宫颈癌组织中HPV的分型及病毒载量,Western Blot检测子宫颈癌组织中GRIM-19及STAT3蛋白表达的变化。结果:子宫颈癌组织均可检测到高危型HPV,子宫颈癌组织中GRIM-19表达较之正常宫颈组织明显降低,而STAT3表达升高。结论:子宫颈癌组织中GRIM-19表达降低,与HPV分型无相关性。
Objective:To explore the expression of GRIM-19 in normal cervical tissues and cervical cancer tissues and its correlation with subtypes of HPV.Methods:HybriMax flow-through hybridization technique was used to detect the types and viral load of HPV in cervical cancer tissues of 54 cases;Western-blot was used to detect the changes of GRIM-19 and STAT3 protein expression in cervical cancer tissues.Results:High risk HPV could be detected in cervical cancer tissues,the expression of GRIM-19 in cervical cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal cervical tissues,but the expression of STAT3 protein increased significantly.Conclusion:The expression of GRIM-19 in cervical cancer tissues decreases,which is not related to types of HPV.
